Liberty Hexie Triples - Monday Count

A quick count this week - I've been working on the "other thing" so I've only done a few triples this week.  There are now 101 individual hexagons in there.  Ruler for scale.

The binding is on the "other thing" (don't know what to call it), but I still need to add hand quilting.  Some lovely sun this morning.

Joining up with Jessica at Life Under Quilts - Jessica has started a monthly meeting - looks like fun, but a bit of a commute for me.

  1. I love your new project, but have to say I love your other one too. I'm with you on the "bit of a commute" thing, but I'd be there if I lived closer.

  3. I love your "triples" effect. I may have to try this myself. I'd never thought about binding a quilt before I did the quilting, but I kind of like the idea. I'm going to be taking a baby sized quilt sampler with me to a retreat this coming weekend to work on. Maybe I will bind it before I quilt it.

  6. I sure like that hexie fabric on the back or is that actual hexagons? Thanks for linking to Hexie Weekend, Blue Moth. Love your triples.
